One of the best things you can do as an act of self-love is to fulfill something you’ve always dreamt of accomplishing. It is an honor within itself especially after a long journey of putting in work. Your dream pays you in ways that no monetary value could ever offer. With that said, continue to pursue your dreams and work diligently on your craft. Small bits of progress is still progress. Modest steps advance your ability to impactful outcomes.

Steve Harvey once said, “Your career is what you paid for but, your calling is what you’re made for.” Hence, I was inspired to write this post.

I have a dear friend that I am proud of. She spent a lot of time developing, learning, and putting in, “blood, sweat, and tears,” into her dream. I remember when she first started. She was nervous, trying a range of recipes, and was still deciphering the focal point of what she wanted to be. I knew deep down inside that the sparkle in her eyes said it all. The passion she exemplified was as if a kid walked into a candy store! The excitement was a burst of fresh air!
